Acosly connects using Amazon authorization workflows. Users control whether to connect or disconnect access.

By connecting an Amazon Ads account, users authorize Acosly to access advertising data needed to provide the service.

Acosly may provide AI-assisted recommendations and automation features. Users are responsible for reviewing settings, targets, and campaign changes.

Automated bid, keyword, negative keyword, or budget-related actions may affect advertising performance. Acosly does not guarantee profit, sales growth, ACoS reduction, or advertising results.

Campaign-changing actions require user authorization or selected automation settings. Acosly may log automated actions with timestamps and reasons.

Users can disable automation where available.

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Users can cancel according to the billing provider's process, and trial terms may apply.

Billing features may be added later.

Acosly may change, suspend, or discontinue features. API availability depends on third-party services including Amazon.

Acosly does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acosly is not liable for lost profits, ad spend, account issues, campaign performance, or indirect damages.

Users use the service at their own risk.

Users may stop using Acosly anytime. Acosly may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of Acosly means acceptance of the updated Terms.
