Acosly helps KDP publishers review and optimize Amazon Ads performance. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how users can control their data.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name and email address
  • Authentication data for user login
  • Amazon Ads account authorization data through OAuth
  • Advertising performance data such as campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, spend, sales, ACoS, clicks, impressions, and search term reports
  • Product usage data
  • Payment information handled by payment providers when billing is added

2. Amazon Ads Data

Acosly connects through official Amazon authorization workflows. Acosly does not ask for or store Amazon login passwords.

OAuth tokens may be stored securely to keep the account connected. Amazon Ads data is used only to provide dashboard, reporting, optimization, and automation features.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Acosly dashboard
  • To sync Amazon Ads campaign data
  • To generate AI-assisted recommendations
  • To improve product functionality
  • To provide customer support
  • To send account, security, billing, and product emails

4. AI Processing

Acosly may use AI services to analyze advertising performance and generate recommendations. Data sent for AI processing is limited to what is necessary for the feature.

Acosly does not sell user data.

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, AI processing, and payment providers.
